What this website collects
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts or fonts and keeps no user accounts.
The pages are delivered by Amazon CloudFront, a content delivery network of Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL. Like every web server it keeps standard access logs (requested address, time, IP address, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. We keep them for no longer than 30 days.
When you write to us
When you e-mail us, we process your name, your e-mail address and the content of your message in order to answer you and, if it leads to a project, to carry it out. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and, later, the performance of a contract. Our mailboxes are hosted by Zoho Corporation B.V. in the European Union.
We keep correspondence for as long as the matter it concerns is open and afterwards for the period in which claims could arise, as Polish law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. To exercise them, write to sales@ccsystems.pl.
